Install ecgtools

ecgtools can be installed in three ways:

pip

Using the pip package manager:

$ python -m pip install ecgtools

conda

Using the conda package manager that comes with the Anaconda/Miniconda distribution:

$ conda install ecgtools --channel conda-forge

Development version

To install a development version from source:

$ git clone https://github.com/ncar-xdev/ecgtools
$ cd ecgtools
$ python -m pip install -e .
